  • Can Greenlab Organics able to ship to all 50 states?
    Unfortunately CBD product regulations are not universal throughout the United States. We can ship to any states with the exception of Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire and South Dakota.
  • Can Greenlab Organics ship internationally?
    We do not ship internationally as of yet. But we are currently working on this and will keep everyone posted on our social media pages.
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    Yes, please contact our customer service at to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it has already been shipped, we recommend using USPS Package Intercept to change the shipping address and re-route your order.
  • How can I track my order?

  • What if I don’t receive my Greenlab Organics order?
    Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can contact us at to start a request form with USPS to track the missing package.
  • How do I return my Greenlab Organics order?
    Simply contact us at and we will provide you instructions to return the product. A full refund will be issued once the product is returned.
  • How long does it take to receive a refund?
    It may take up to 7 to 10 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it’s been processed.
